Our Leadership & Staff

Dr. Copeland has served as pastor of Northern Hills Missionary Baptist Church since 2003. He has also served as President of the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock since 2018.

 

Dr. Copeland is married to Jenny Beth (Carter) Copeland and they have three children: Andrea, Amanda, and Grant and two grandkids.

 

 

Kaleb joined the staff after graduating Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in counseling and focus in youth studies. He is continuing his education at the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Kaleb surrendered to God’s call to serve in youth ministry several years ago. His passion for developing true disciples of Jesus is his primary focus within the IMPACT Teen Ministry.

 

 

Bryan served NHBC as Teens Director for 19 years before moving to Director of the Young Adults. Originally from California, Bryan has been an active member of the church since 1990.

Bryan is married to Kim and they have three children: Emily, Philip, and Mia and one grandson.

Jarrod has served as the the KIDZ412 Director for the past 11 years. He and his family moved to Texarkana from Manassas, VA in 1997 and became members of NHBC in 2007. 

​

Jarrod is married to Rebecca and they have four children: Evan, Mathan, Braden and Joshua. 

Kristie has worked in the Sprouts Ministry since 2022. Originally from California, she has been an active member of Northern Hills Baptist Church since 1992. She has served in many areas of the church, including the nursery, Discovery Kids, Bible Challenge, and IMPACT teens.

Kristie and her husband, Doug, have been married for 33 years. They have a son, Timothy and daughter-in-law, Rebecca, a daughter, Heather, and granddaughter.​

Kevin has served as Outreach Director for 7 years and has been an active member of NHBC for 17 years. 

​

Kevin is married to Mendy and they have two children: Seth and Kaylynn

Carla has served the church as Administrative Assistant since 2004 and has been a faithful member of NHBC for 27 years.

 

She is married to Tracy Hemby and they have two children: Michaela and Timothy and one granddaughter.    

 

Bro. Bull has served Northern Hills Baptist Church since July 4, 1976. He served as Music Director for 43 years. He now serves as Senior Adult Director.

 

He and his wife, Julia, have three daughters, Sheryl, Susan, and Stephanie. He is also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren!
